Dear support team,

I tried to reinstall on VS2-free srv12919 but not complete for days. In "Power on/off" the server status is always power off and I cannot press "Power on". Could you help to check it?

My VS2-free is still power off and cannot power on or reinstall.
The Ipv6 address is 2a02:0180:0006:0001:0000:0000:0000:2005.
