I'm in the CBCI closed Betatest and need to do a monthly contract renewal. No problem, I've done this before. Today I log in to the panel at https://support.euserv.com/index.iphp. I'm reminded to update my contact info, ok, slightly annoying, but I look it over. Then I click on the contracts tab and there aren't any. No beta, no sync and share, no ftp, no nothing.
OK, there's a search feature. Perhaps most customers have so many contracts it's not feasible to display a list. So I search by contract number, customer ID, product, and action from the reminder email. None of those contract searches succeed.
So...I think the panel may currently be broken. I hope this is the right place to report this issue. If not, please let me know and I'll repost in the correct location.
