Title: cannot access my server, pls help

Hello, I have a VS2-free server with the IP address: 2a02:0180:0006:0001:0000:0000:0000:07bb. I have a few questions and would appreciate your help.

1. On the serverdata page, the red-marked area always shows "in progress," no matter how many times I reinstall or even wait for two days—it remains unchanged.

2. While I can ping the server’s IP, I consistently get the following error when trying to SSH into my server , it is always show below messag:
ssh 2a02:0180:0006:0001:0000:0000:0000:07bb 
root@2a02:180:6:1::7bb: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic). 
The current operating system is Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. i don't config private ssh key login, just install the OS.

3. When logging in via the Tools/Webconsole on the page, it constantly shows: "Wrong password try again!" I am certain I entered the correct password (displayed on the serverdata page).

4. I cannot restart my server through the Webreboot page; and power on/off page just No effect; it only shows a scheduled plan.

5. The result of the diagnosis with mtr -6 is shown in the image below.

Please review these issues when you have time, or help me force a hard reboot of my server. thanks.
