Hello euserv Community and Support Team,
I am a new user who recently registered an account on euserv.com with the intent to purchase a VPS virtual server. My account ID is 13241753. After successfully registering and depositing 2 euros into your bank account, I was surprised to find that my account was closed approximately 72 hours later. The reason provided was that my customer or contact details (such as home address, birthday, or telephone number) were deemed incorrect, invalid, or unverifiable.
I believe this may be an issue on your end with the verification process, as I provided the information accurately to the best of my knowledge. I would appreciate the opportunity to correct any details rather than having the account permanently banned without prior notification. To address this, I have already sent an email to your support team at support@euserv.de, detailing the situation and formally requesting a refund of the 2 euros, along with account reinstatement. I attached my transfer record as proof in that email.
Given that email responses can sometimes be delayed, I am posting here on the official forum to escalate the matter and kindly urge the support team to review and process my request as soon as possible. This issue has prevented me from proceeding with my intended purchase, and I hope for a swift resolution to maintain a positive experience with euserv.
