Title: How to finish the OS re-installation

Dear support team,

I have some issue about access my VPS, I try to re-install the OS, but not complete till now, more than one week.

Below is the information of my VPS:
Server name:   srv10318
Server name (Default):   srv10318.blue.kundencontroller.de

Could you kindly help to check and assist, please?

Please start the reinstall again. If this additional reinstall does not finish, I will care about that.

Hi there,

I get a warning as below:

Warning: Reinstallation not completed yet, Reinstallation will be cancelled!

after I click on the button named: Start Reinstallation

there is another notice as below:

Thank you! Reinstallation will be started. With the next reboot the server will be installed. The Boot-Device has been set to default.

What to do next? If I need to reboot by self-help?

"Webreboot" or "Power on/off"

I had tried both, but didn't work.

Please kindly help to check and assist, many thanks.

If you start a reinstallation, the system does the Reboot itself and starts the installation. If you have a warning, this does not matter since this is just a warning for you, that the former reinstallation is not finished yet.
