Hi there,

I ordered a VS2-free v2.1 server four days to try it out and it's still under processing. When will it be approved?  Thanks!

Hello,

atm we have a delay of around 1 week for new Servers from new customers. Already verified customers have only around 1-6hrs delay.

This depends on needed customer data check or other validations. So please take care that you have valid customer data, all fields filled an a reachable phone number and Email address saved.
