Title: I have a server I purchased and was wondering

I have a server I purchased and was wondering when it would be avaliable, as I put payment in a few days ago? As I thought the server was instant, if It needs to be processed I can wait. Just would like to know what's the hold up, the server in question is Rootserver Instant64 SSD v5.12-1, thank you!

we have some server series that are "BTO". "BTO" means "Built to order". Please read here for more information about BTO:

Please note that the server becomes charged from the start of the service, not from the day of payment.

How long does it normally take for the server to be processed? "Available after processing," I can wait just wanted to know so I can my team that it will be ready around sometime! As we would like to install custom OS and game servers to it!

Deployment time depends during this Corona Time in most cases on hardware delivery delays from suppliers. In most cases we deploy the servers within 2 weeks, sometimes it takes longer.
