Hi support,

FYI.

I tried to reinstall the VM, and waited for hours, the status still in progress. What's wrong?

Hello,

we had some upgrades last weeks with many bugfixes, please perform a re-installation again. If this does not work, please post here again, we will have a look at your machine!
