Title: Please help me reinstall the OS

Dear support team,

I have some issue about access my VPS, I try to re-install the OS, but not complete till now, more than one week.

Below is the information of my VPS:
Server name:   srv14025
Main IPv6-Address:   2a02:0180:0006:0001:0000:0000:0000:2427

Could you kindly help to check and assist, please?

Hello,

sometimes a reinstallation hangs for a while or does not finish. If your installation does not finish, please perform a reinstallation after around 48hrs again. If that does not work too, please contact us again and we will take a deeper look.
