Title: Could security.nesting be set to true?

Hi,

I wanted to install NixOS on VS2-free, which reportedly installs fine within lxc if nesting is allowed (https://github.com/NixOS/nix/issues/2649). Nesting is supposedly safe with unprivileged containers (but dangerous with privileged ones) (https://discuss.linuxcontainers.org/t/what-does-security-nesting-true/7156). Would it be possible to set this property across vServers?
