Title: Reinstall can not finished

Dear Administrator ,
  Hello! I can't finish the reinstallation of both my virtual private servers, the whole reinstallation has taken more than 24 hours, I tried to restart it twice, but that didn't help (for both virtual private servers), the admin page still shows that the reinstallation status is not finished. So could you please help me to solve this problem?

PS: The following screenshots shows the information of the two virtual private servers . Because the  maximum attachment size allowed is 192 KB ,  the two screenshots are too large , so I would show them by URLs :

please provide IPv6 addresses of the servers that do not work as expected.
