Hello,
The new release of OwnCloud in version 9.0 is now available for all dedicated servers and can be installed via the EUserv customer panel. Besides the standard version, a RAID1 version for enhanced data security is available.
OwnCloud in version 9.0 focuses improvements on the collaboration features, designed to facilitate joint work on shared files. Another improvement is the scalability and performance in very large installations. Furthermore, the OwnCloud API has been extended with new functions and integrates a new Updater, which facilitates upgrades to new versions of OwnCloud.
More features:
- improvement of calendar and address book
- new file sharing feature
- integration of online version of LibreOffice
- performance improvement and security of server-border cooperation ( "Federation")
