Hello,
04.01.2017 I ordered trial vps service (order number is 255163) paid in this same day but it still has "Available after processing" status. Do you can look at this and activate?

Hello,

VPS trial has about 3-4 weeks activation time at the moment. Please be patient until the service is ready.

Hello,

if your order was not acivated, please check, if your payment was received by the EUserv System. You can check that in customer panel -> customer account / invoices.
