Title: Server does not respond after long idle times

Ok it's the free one but still if I try to access it after long time it's not at all accessible(SSH connection timeout). I need to do webreboot to regain access which is inconvenient at best. I might try another OS if not it took looong time to reinstall. Is it normal or a technical issue or I have to reinstall the OS? Or is it something to do with the extreme lag?

Hello,

please do reboot, if that does not work, please reinstall the free service. May the host is overloaded for free services sometimes. You may switch to paid service that is not overloaded.
