Title: Stuck after Reinstallation - VS2-free

Hello there,


I launched a re installation my vServer, in order to start a new project.

I did the first re installation the 11/07 after extending my contract (Debian10).
The new day, I wanted to start with my new project, but it seems that the installation was not done. I found it odd so I launch a power on/off procedure, hoping it would help.
But this procedure also did not go through.

At a last attempt, I tried to relaunch the re installation, which also did not work.
I cannot perform a Webreboot as it is detecting that a re installation is currently in progress.

Can you please check if the vServer is stuck ? Or if I just need to wait longer ?

Thank you for taking my request in consideration :)

I just check the status of the VPS. It is still stuck in same state.

I cannot web reboot or power on/off.

In the reinstallation tab, it is still showing me this message :
>Warning: Reinstallation not completed yet, Reinstallation will be cancelled!

I can launch a new installation (like before). Did you meant for me to try another Reinstallation ?

Side note question :
In a close future, i think i will subscribe to a paid plan, is there often problem with reinstallation ?

Hello,

yes, I mean reinstallation. Sometimes the VS2free Hostsystems are overloaded due to customers that misuse the free offer. :(

VS2 (paid) are on completely other clusters with more power and no overloading.

I performed a reinstallation. And now everything is working ! I can connect to my VPS.
