Title: VS2Free - SMTP outbound?

\hi All,

SMTP outbound appears to be blocked. Is this expected behaviour and can it be unblocked?

Hello,

SMTP is full blocked for VS2free platform to avoid spamming. It is planned to add a paid feature in the future to unblock SMTP IPv4/IPv6 based. With this feature you will be able to unblock blocked services. The feature may come in 2022.

The standard paid VS2 plans don't have such a block.

Are the limitations of the free service published anywhere? I'm finding it an incredibly useful resource to improve my IPv6 knowledge but, when facing an issue, I can't be sure if it's a failing on my part or a service limitation.
