Title: Can‘t Reinstallation again.

Thank you for your support in solving my problem. Now the problem is:
1. When I try to reinstall the system, it appears as normal: "thank you! Reinstallation will be started. With the next reboot the server will be installed. The boot device has been set to default."
But after one hour, it is still in the state of "hourglass", that is, "pending"
And the words "warning: reinstallation not completed yet, reinstallation will be cancelled!" are displayed.
2. Ping can be done by using the Ping tool, which seems to be normal, but putty still can't connect and the word "login as" can't appear.
Please help me, thank you very much!

Hello,

we had some upgrades last weeks with many bugfixes, please perform a re-installation again. If this does not work, please post here again, we will have a look at your machine!
