Title: It's stucked

Hi,
My vServer VS2-free v2.1, contract 310747, is stuck in reinstallation process for several days. Firstly, it didn't reach via ssh and even rescure mode days ago. Then I did try to reinstall it. But it got stuck there. And I can't do anything on my side now. Could someone help me, please?

Yes,  just v6 address.
