Title: help me plz!Stuck after Reinstallation!

Dear Administrator:
My reinstalling the system lasts many days, but utill now it has not completed yet.And I can't see the Default-Password for SSH or Webpanel (admin/root/Administrator) in the control panel.My VS2-free server's reinstallation process seems stuck and can't be completed

started reinstall operation, waiting 24h+, the panel still says 'A reinstallation is still in progress'

and from control panel, the server could not be restarted nor hard shutdown,
seems sth wrong and stuck

need your kindly support to get it fixed
