Title: Reinstallation stuck

Dear Administrator of EUserv:
My reinstalling the system lasts many days, but until now it has not been completed yet. And I can't see the Default-Password for SSH or Webpanel (admin/root/Administrator) in the control panel. My VS2-free server's reinstallation process seems stuck and can't be completed

started reinstall operation, waiting for 24h+, the panel still says 'A reinstallation is still in progress'

and from the control panel, the server could not be restarted nor hard shutdown,
seems something wrong and stuck

need your kind support to get it fixed
