Title: The system has not been reinstalled for more than a month

Dear Administrator of EUserv:
My vServer VS2-free reinstalling the system lasts many days, but until now it has not been completed yet. And I can't see the Default-Password for SSH or Webpanel (admin/root/Administrator) in the control panel. Please help me solve it as soon as possible thanks!
