Dear,

my contract: 446756, Why is there a charge if it's free?

I encountered an error while trying to renew my VS2-free v2.1. The error message states: "Error: Manual contract extension is not possible at the moment. Please pay your open invoices first." I am not sure why this error occurred. I noticed there is an outstanding payment of ?3.99 in my account, but I don't know why this charge was generated. My current hosting is free (I already paid for the setup fee).

Regarding another contract number 448110, I have never used or activated the services specified in this contract. I clearly requested to terminate the service in a previous ticket, and I even received an email confirming the service termination. What is baffling is that I cannot find the option to end the service and contract on the website, yet this fee continues to accumulate.

Could you please help me? How can I resolve this issue to successfully renew my contract 446756?

Please help me quickly! I cannot afford to lose 446756, as I have very important services relying on it.
