Some server plans allow additional IP-Addresses with a virtual MAC address without or with the Pro-Option.
The IP-Addresses have not been invoiced by our system in the past, sometimes intentionally, sometimes unintentionally or only partially.
The previous accounting has been corrected this month by a system update, that means, starting at 2015/01 all individual IP-Addresses will be accounted correctly. There will be no subsequent accounting before 2015/01 because of accommodation.
Whether an IP-Address is free of charge or charged, is displayed in the customer panel under the menu "IP-Addresses".
Deadline for the accounting of an IP-Address is always the beginning of the month. The only exception is this month. The deadline here is, 2015-01-27, 4.30 pm.
Thus, if an IP-Address is assigned to a server contract at the beginning of the month, it will be charged, regardless of whether it has been configured on the server or not.
For all users of chargeable IP-Addresses that are not being used, we recommend the deletion of the IP-Addresses via the customer panel so that they do not cause any costs.
