VPS not accessible

Hello,

Monday morning I subscribed to a vServer VS2-cloud-122 2025 Edition v2.12 offer under order number [REMOVED FOR YOU SECURITY]) (Customer ID: [REMOVED FOR YOU SECURITY]).

I still haven't received an email with the VPS IP address and root password.
It was stated that deliveries are made within 24-48 hours.
Can you confirm that this deadline will be met despite the holidays?

Your servers already ready to install. Login into customer panel select your contract and choose your OS.
