2) Service + Support: New features and improvements of EUserv
   customer panel


The latest upgrade of EUserv customer panel provides the following new
features and improvements:

Dedicated servers: server data
The server data of dedicated servers now also contain network data of the
server, such as MAC address and speed of the network card, as well as the
connection in the datacenter with indication of switchname, switchport,
speed and status of the switch port. So in case of maintenances you can
proof if your server is affected.

Dedicated Server: Traffic Graph
The display of the server traffic graph has been significantly extended. If
more than one network card is connected you'll be able to select the
existing network interfaces. Customers using the expert mode can also
review packet-graphs for Unicast, Multicast, Broadcast and Discards.

Support requests:
Through improvements of the support module, you are now able to view and
download ticket attachments. Furthermore, email tickets are now also
available in HTML format.

Payment:
As part of the SEPA payment service, payments can now also be processed via
direct debit for citizens and businesses situated in the EU. The entry of
the corresponding IBAN bank details has to be entered under the menu item
"Payment type" if direct debit is enabled for your account.

3) Event-News: Preparations for this year's Hackathon "LNDC" are
   in full swing


After the great interest and the positive feedback of the last year
premiere of "Lange Nacht des Coding" (#LNDC) at the Westsächsische
University of Zwickau, EUserv now organizes the second edition of the 24
hours hackathon from 3rd till 4th November 2017 together with four other
regional companies.

Motivated teams or ambitious lone warriors will develop business-oriented
ideas and concepts and turn their visions into reality within 24 hours. The
most convincing projects and applications will be awarded with attractive
prices in different categories.

In addition to coding, of course also a knowledge and know-how exchange
will take place as well as having fun and the opportunity to expand
personal networks in a creative round.
