2) Service + Support: Customer Panel expanded with VNC support

EUserv Customer Panel has been expanded to include support for VNC
installations in the dedicated server Re-Installation area.

During installation, server administrators can now preselect between
"Normal" and "VNC" for the type of installation. You will then receive a
corresponding list of all available operating systems.

How to prepare and manage a server Re-Installation is explained in the
EUserv Wiki:
http://go.euserv.org/vp

3) Tipps for practise: How to create a backup with Linux Rescue System

The helpful function Rescue System enables you connecting to your server,
for example if an operating system installation is not successful or if the
server is not accessible via the usual way. After started rescue mode, you
can perform a backup of your user and configuration settings.

Our Wiki Guide "Creating a backup with the Linux Rescue System" leads you
through the whole Backup process step by step.

The complete guide can be found here: http://go.euserv.org/vr
