VPS frequently fails to work

 Hello, I am experiencing frequent problems with my VPS. Sometimes the CPU is always 100% even when I am not doing anything, and sometimes I cannot SSH into the VPS. The machine is very unstable. Could you help me solve it? The machine is so unstable that I cannot use it normally for a long time. Thank you.
