The server has crashed and cannot reboot

Dear administrator
My server can't be turned on and the system can't be reinstalled.My vps has been in the installation system and keeps saying "Warning: Reinstallation not completed yet, Reinstallation will be cancelled!" I accidentally turned off the power. Please help me  turn on the power switch.
