Help - how to remove the two-factor authentication ?

My EUSERV account has two-factor authentication enabled. Before switching to a new phone, I forgot to back up the Authenticator. Now that I have a new phone, even if I enter the correct username and password, I cannot obtain the PIN and therefore cannot log in to the dashboard. What shall I do to remove the two-factor authentication?

hello,

you can change 2FA by support to get it via Email.
