Subject: Inconsistent Network Interface Status and Slow Speed on VPS (Server ID: srv29045)

Dear Support Team,

I'm experiencing two issues with my VPS (Server ID: srv29045):

 1. Inconsistent Network Interface Status
Control panel shows "NIC 1: Not Connected," but the system's network interface (eth0) is active with IPv6 addresses.
MAC Address: 00:84:ED:5B:D7:2A (matches eth0 in system).
System Output (ip addr):
plaintext
172: eth0@if173: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 ...
    inet6 2a02:180:6:1::3ef/128 scope global
    inet6 fe80::284:edff:fe5b:d72a/64 scope link

The server can connect to the internet, but the inconsistency is confusing.

 2. Slow Network Speed
Despite NIC advertised as 1 Gbps, actual download speed is extremely slow (~1-5 Mbps).
Tests conducted:
ping 8.8.8.8: low latency (~20ms), but occasional high packet loss.
wget tests: speeds far below 1 Gbps expected.
Steps taken:
 Checked network configuration files (no issues).
 Restarted server and eth0 interface.
Verified DNS settings (tried public DNS: 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1).

Request
 Confirm if "Not Connected" status in control panel is a display error or real issue.
 Investigate cause of slow speed and suggest solutions.

Thank you for your assistance!
Best regards
