my host unavailable access

Dear Administrator:
My vServer VS2-free v2.1 host has unavailable SSH connect(hostname: srv28714.blue.kundencontroller.de, IP address: 2a02:0180:0006:0001:0000:0000:0000:0557). I then used the webreboot function to reboot the host, but now the host is in a power off state.

I want to reboot or power on again, but the page showing a scheduled job, type is reboot, haven't operare option,  please help me resolve the issue, thank you.
