Hello, I am user 4529798@gmail.com (Contract: 443230, Item: vServer VS2-free v2.1). Because the cloud server was running very sluggishly, I reinstalled the operating system. However, for several days now, it has consistently displayed the message: "Warning: Reinstallation not completed yet, Reinstallation will be cancelled!" I attempted to shut down and restart the server, but the process got stuck, and I am now unable to perform any power operations. Could an administrator please help resolve this issue?
