Techsupport tickets Nobody reply？

I had  a techsupport ticket #2020060410004154.
I have purchased for many days，But I haven’t been able to use it normally, even  never booted，
If a Techsupport ticket  no replay in hours,that is the most disturbing thing. if the business were really placed on this server, I think my whole world had collapsed

yes,it was already answered, you said "We will resolve that issue on next working day."
I still don't know how long i will wait for that. :'( :'( :'( :'(
