It seems the VPS it's days it's stuck in reinstall.

It can't enter rescue mode.

If I try to launch a reinstall, it does nothing.

I can't access SSH, too.

Can you please help me?

to get help via this Forum we need at any time the IPv6 address from your Server. After that we can check the machine and resolve any issue or give you tips.
