My v2 is not responding?

Hello,
I've been reinstalling my server for several days now and it's not responding, I can't power on and can't webreboot.please help me fix it, thank you very much!

my v2 Server name (Default):srv10753.blue.kundencontroller.de
Main IPv6-Address:2a02:0180:0006:0001:0000:0000:0000:1867

Hello,

please check if reinstallation was finished. If not, please restart it and wait min. 24hrs for finish.

If the reinstallation does not work after 24hrs, please post here again, we will help you.
