vServer VS2-free v2.1 not show the password for root

Hi

Since I applied Euserv free VPS over than one month, but the root password and boot device still not appeared on serverdata page,pls tell me when I will get it or should I give it up ???  ::)

Hello,

we have just updated the systems this week to remove bugs while reinstallation. Please perform a reinstallation again and give it a try.
