Well, I couldn't use it anymore because I couldn't even manually extend it before the answer came.

Yes, I agree with you!. Delay is bad. But there is no SLA for VS2free at the moment and, hey, it's free and it will be free as long as we offer that service. This includes all upcoming upgrades that are already on the way.

Keep in mind that paid VS2 services have higher priority and become deployed for existing customers within a few minutes after payment.
