v2 free Reinstallation cannot complete

Thank you! Reinstallation will be started. With the next reboot the server will be installed. The Boot-Device has been set to default.  i try at least 3 times,still can't complete,,need help

Hello,

please check the contract extension that was not made. If you made the contract extension, please start the instance with power on button in customer panel.
