vServer VS2-free v2.1 SSH Connection timed out

Hello,

I cannot connect my VS2-free server via SSH and I tried reboot and power off/on my server, but it does not work.

Server name: srv9825
Customer ID: 13187412

Please reboot your free service or reinstall it. May host is overloaded.
