Mailbox cannot receive verification code

I started login verification, but my email has not received the verification code, resulting in my account login failure. Please solve it. Thank you!

Outlook / Hotmail / Live is not able to proper receive mail. Please select other mail provider.

Outlook / Hotmail / Live is not able to proper receive mail. Please select other mail provider.

I've got the same problem, my hotmail cannot receive support@euserv.de since 12/30/2020.
So how can I change the Email Address ? It seems change Email Address still need to verify PIN.

Hello,

if you cannot receive your PIN or other Verification Codes, please login into control panel and change your main Email Address in customer data form first. Use an email address, that is reachable.

After you have changed your email address in control panel, you can extend any service that need a verification for extension.
