my v2 free vps's CPU usage is always 100%, and I have reinstalled the OS about three times, the CPU usage is still 100%. Because of this, my vps is running very slowly, basically cannot do anything, I just use it to build my own website, Thank you very much if you can help me.

you do following:

* Switch to a paid VS2 Server
or
* add more (paid) CPU power for VS2 free after the function is available in CP2
