I make a ticket but they reply because i'm not the paid customer, i just can find the answer here, but I found many of them have same problem, they won't provide any sevice for the unpaid customer, just let your free vps paralysis

Hello,

to resolve your problem just do a reinstallation. This will remove the Power off and bring your server back online.
