I submitted a reboot request via web at 2022/1/26, and submiited reinstall request a few hour later.
Reboot request is still in queue, is it anything wrong? Maybe there's a confliction between reboot and reinstall?
Please tell me how soon will my vServer be rebooted or reinstalled?

Hello,

if a reinstall is in progress it is not recommended to do a webreboot. Anyway the webreboot will not processed until the installation process was finished.

A reinstall should be ready within minutes, but you can wait on VS2free nodes up to 24hrs since they have low priority in our system. If after 24hrs reinstall is still not ready, you can restart the reinstall. If that does not work again, we have to check that here.
