Why is the network speed of my VPS suddenly limited? Now the download speed is only over 100KB. Can you help me solve it? Thank you

if you have performance issues, your ressources are full. please upgrade service to a paid one.

Dear team,

1) how can I know the available limit? I did not find anything related in the contract details.
But suddenly during this week the speed decreases up to 2 MB/s despite I see a "1 Gbit network" phrase in the contract...

2) can I buy faster and more stable internet connection without purchasing additional resources?
