vServer VS2-free v2.1 periodically overload and reset

I have vServer VS2-free v2.1 and it periodically overload and reset. Inside VPS is all ok - no overloading.
If I start htop - no overloading, but after few minutes it is 300 times overload.
I think that is a problem of master server, but support of EUSERV send me to this forum. "That is not problem of EUSERV."

What do you recommend?
