Hello,
My free vServer (Contract ID: 325103, Server name: kimila, Plan: vServer VS2-free v2.1) has been stuck in the OS reinstallation/initialization process for about two weeks.
Symptoms:

In "Server data", the "Default-Password for SSH or Webpanel" field permanently shows an hourglass icon and never generates a password.
In "Power on/off", there is a queued job (Queue ID: 20098480, Type: Power off, Scheduled: 2026-10-15 03:21:51 CEST) that never executes; the server still shows as powered on (green).
Reinstall and reboot requests via the panel do nothing – presumably blocked behind the stuck queue.
I already tried reinstalling and hard reset via the panel multiple times. Could you please cancel/reset the hanging queue task so the reinstallation can complete?
