1) Support News #1: How to secure your email account correctly

Safety notes for email accounts and passwords

Our support agents often get reports about hacked email accounts from our
customers. This can be really annoying, since hacked email accounts are
often used for sending spam and viruses.

EUserv's security team urgently recommends the checking of passwords of all
your email accounts in the customer panel.
Log in to the customer panel and check your email accounts for secure
passwords. Passwords should at least be 8 characters long and contain at
least 2 lowercase letters, 2 uppercase letters and 2 digits.
Please use encrypted connections when communicating from your email client
(e.g. Mozilla Thunderbird) with our mail servers (for fetching and sending
of emails).

Log in to the customer panel: https://support.euserv.de

2) VPS News: Distribution Fedora 22 available

Fedora 22 is now available as a comfortable installation for virtual
servers. As usual, the installation can be initiated via the customer
panel.
As an innovation Fedora 22 brings the new package manager DNF. Another
innovation is the management tool Cockpit, which enables control of
important options in a web frontend.

More Features:

- Package Manager DNF
- Management tool Cockpit

The complete list of all available operating systems can be found here:

The "Pro Option" is not available in all server plans.
