Could security.nesting be set to true?

Hi,

I wanted to install NixOS on VS2-free, which reportedly installs fine within lxc if nesting is allowed. Nesting is supposedly safe with unprivileged containers (but dangerous with privileged ones). Would it be possible to set this property across vServers?
