Why the re-installation has not been completed after a reasonable period of time

About two weeks ago, I found I could not open my personal blog hosted on my server. I still could not open the administrator web of the BT panel. So I logged on my server and reinstalled my OS. But it has been so long time that the re-installation of my server has not been completed. Please give me some help to complete the reinstallation. Thank you so much!

Hello,

a reinstallation must be finished within 24hrs. In most cases a reinstallation is finished within just a few minutes. If not after 24hrs, restart it again.

If two times do not work, please post here again, we will help you.
