Dear Administrator:
My vServer VS2-free v2.1 host has unavailable SSH connect(hostname: srv28714.blue.kundencontroller.de, IP address: 2a02:0180:0006:0001:0000:0000:0000:0557). I then used the webreboot function to reboot the host, but now the host is in a power off state. I want to reboot or power on again, but the page showing a scheduled job, type is reboot, haven't operare option, please help me resolve the issue, thank you. |

I have vServer VS2-free v2.1 and it periodically overload and reset. Inside VPS is all ok - no overloading.
If I start htop - no overloading, but after few minutes it is 300 times overload. I think that is a problem of master server, but support of EUSERV send me to this forum. "That is not problem of EUSERV." What do you recommend? Att. screenshot of HTOP. 0 % CPU, but over 1000 times load |

Can anyone assist? Why can I not use my web console to log in? Webconsole currently doesnt work with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS . Use native ssh console like ssh cli or putty to connect. |

Hello
I have set up a new server (srv30370) using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, but attempting to use the web console to login with root / password_from_Serverdata does not work; it fails with "Wrong password try again!" If I attempt to login using ssh root@srv30370.blue.kundencontroller.de I am also denied. Is root the correct username? I have reinstalled Ubuntu 24.04 LTS from the control panel to force a new Default-Password for SSH or Webpanel (admin/root/Administrator), but the new one isn't accepted either. How can I log in to actually do anything? |
